These well-sized kitchen are great for making a cup of coffee or preparing dinner for eight! The sitting rooms are spacious, with big sofas, modern gas fire, coffee tables, artwork, dining table and chairs, good lighting and digital channels on the televisions.

There are seven relaxing study bedrooms, a two bathrooms with a showers. All the study bedrooms are well furnished with students' needs in mind, and include excellent storage and well sized desks.

The extremely private gardens at the back of the house are fantastic with a patios and lawned areas, making it great for barbeques, or just sitting out in the summer with friends. Both the front and rear gardens are maintained by our gardener – so you don’t have to worry about mowing the lawn, cutting hedges or weeding, just enjoy the garden in its seclusion! In addition, there are outhouses with storage for bicycles and random ‘other’ things.
